[Libs-Or] OLA/WLA Division & Interest Group Business Meetings at 2008 Joint Conference

Everybody,

This is a reminder for any OLA or WLA groups that want to have formal meeting time at the Joint Conference in April. Meeting rooms are available on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 and on Friday morning from 7:15 to 8:15. They will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved by November 30, 2007.

Please contact me if you would like to reserve a room. I'll need to know the name of your group, your preferred time slot, and the approximate number of people you expect at your meeting. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A number of groups have already reserved their meeting times. I will be sending out confirmations to the contacts for those meetings today.
