[Libs-Or] Programs related to Youth Media Awards? Interesting holiday related programs?

Needed before noon, Dec, 2:

 

An ALA rep is working with an AP reporter on a story on special
programming during holidays.  

 

She wants to know:

What kinds of programs libraries are holding regarding the ALA's Youth
Media Awards announcements in January.  Are any of you holding Youth
Media Awards mock-elections at your libraries during winter break?

 

Also, are there any interesting programs being offered for
children/teens at your libraries during the holidays?
