Dear Colleagues,I’m writing to announce the recent publication of my
book, Answering Consumer Health Questions: the Medical Library
Association Guide for Reference Librarians published by Neal-Schuman.
The book explores the reference transaction from a behavioral point of
view and offers appropriate responses to the many types of circumstances
