[Libs-Or] Feedback and Contact Links on OSLIS

Please note that the contact and feedback links on OSLIS are not working correctly.  The appropriate templates pop up when you click on the links, but you get an error message when you try to send the email.  
 
We are working on a solution.  In the meantime, please contact me directly if you have something to report about OSLIS.
