The Eugene Public Library is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented manager to lead the newly created Library Customer Experience program. The Library Customer Experience Manager is responsible for directing, overseeing, and managing all aspects of the Eugene Public Library customer experience. This includes responsibility for Library customer satisfaction assurance, community relations, coordination of security on Library premises, and supervises the Library's community relations program staff (2.0 FTE).  Reports to the Library Services Director.  Requires:  Bachelor Degree and five years of progressively responsible professional experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
