Hi everyone,

I recently wrote a blog post on using Twitter for organizations. Someone
posted a question on my blog that I am not sure how to answer-perhaps you
can help me?

Are tweets by a library or other state agency public records and do they
fall under the Oregon Public Record laws:

What do you think? I believe they are public records and we would have to
archive our tweets and make them available for public review.

What do you think?

Any help would be appreciated!
