[Libs-Or] Special gift offering - Smokey the Bear story book

The Oregon State Library has an extra copy of a beautifully illustrated bi-lingual government document from the U.S. Forest Service about Smokey the Bear. We would like to see it go to a public library, since it seems like it would be particularly suited for story time reading activities.
