Dear Colleagues: This week, two very important meetings that need you are
happening in the Portland metro area. Thursday in Oak Grove and Friday in
Beaverton, you will have a chance to have your say about your continuing
education needs.
Sign-ups from academic, special library, and school library personnel
sectors are very few. The meetings are only 1 and a half hours long.
Signing up is easy: contact conniechristopher at centurytel.net.
Times and exact locations are at: http://www.nwcentral.org/oregon_library_ce
A third Portland metro area meeting will be on May 14th at Multnomah County
Library.
We are very interested in what you have to say about your continuing
education needs. The end product will be a recommendation for a CE model in
Oregon, something of importance to every library worker in Oregon.
The full complement of meetings across Oregon is listed below. You may
attend any of the remaining meetings, regardless of where you live or work.
