[Libs-Or] CD cataloging software

I'm volunteering for the Community Music Center in Portland, organizng their
CDs that are recordings of the concerts in their auditorium.  They're
looking for something other than Collectorz http://www.collectorz.com/ for
these CDs.  CMC is a small stand-alone music school which is part of the
City of Portland's Parks & Rec Department.  So, it is my understanding that
there probably isn't much budget available for this.

Have you any suggestions?
