I am sure that what you want is the OLA ILL Code that we are all suppose to
agree to before the State Library lets us participate in the shared database
contract.  I searched for it too but didn't find it on the OLA site.  It was
created by the Resource Sharing committee many years ago.  I don't have an
electronic copy of this document readily available at this moment but might
find it later, if I remember. ;-)
