[Libs-Or] Book Truck Needed for Give-away Books

Dear Colleagues,

Our library would like to place a book truck filled with gently-used
children's books at our community food bank distribution site. It needs to
be mobile since the site is used for other purposes the rest of the week. I
was thinking a refurbished book cart would be just right for the task.

Can anyone spare an old cart that is still in working order but needs some
TLC in the appearance department? It would be ideal if someone has one in
Lane, Douglas, Linn, Benton, Polk, or Marion counties but I might be able to
arrange to pick one up farther afield  if necessary. (Road trip!)

Thanks for considering this. There are many children who own no books of
their own. We'd love to make it possible for children to pick a book for
their personal library while their parents are getting some needed food. You
can help feed the hungry minds!
