Hi, all. Just want to provide an update to the talk I gave at the OLA conference last week (see the now somewhat dated slides here http://www.nwcentral.org/powerpoint-slides-presentation-repackage-repurpose-aggregate-leveraging-free-content-create-free-web) in which I made much of the possibilities for librarians of harnessing the data sets at data.gov. It looks as though that site and many of the other Open Data initiatives of the Obama administration are collateral damage of the current budget wars. Figures!
