Chemeketa Community College is now accepting applications for the
part-time faculty reference librarian pool.

 

Chemeketa's part-time faculty reference librarians are responsible for
staffing the reference desk, providing reference assistance in person
and electronically, and delivering library instruction to groups and
individuals.

 

Schedules may include evening and/or weekend hours at Salem and
McMinnville locations.

 

Minimum qualifications: 

*         Master's Degree in Library/Information Science from an
accredited institution 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

*         One year of academic library reference experience or two years
of general reference experience

*         Experience with online reference services

*         Cataloging and/or collection development experience.
