[Libs-Or] tax forms

we have received 1040-a forms, 1040-a booklets, 1040-ez booklets, and a few sets 
of forms (eic, schedule m, itemized deductions).  this makes up about 10% of our 
entire TFOP order.  astoria, our neighbor 18 miles to the north, has most forms 
but not all booklets.  


has anyone on the list received their entire tax package?  

does anyone have a suggestion how we may expedite delivery?
