I know a young lady who lives in Corvallis. She loves books and libraries,
but her enjoyment of the Corvallis Library has been greatly diminished by
those youth who hang around outside. She feels intimidated and scared
walking past them, so much so that she abandoned her idea of volunteering at
the library when she turned 14.
