[Libs-Or] Problems for Corvallis-Benton County Library With youth at entrance--coming soon to a library near you?

I, too, enjoyed this discussion and did not have the impression that anyone
was being overly negative or intending to tear anyone down. These are issues
that all of us face at one time or another, in varying degrees (yes, even in
tiny Creswell). This discussion on Libs-OR gave my staff and me an
opportunity to talk about it in our own context.

I hope that Libs-OR can continue to be a forum where we can discuss all
kinds of library-related issues without fear of condemnation or reprisals. I
think it's fine to be tough on ideas as long as we're gentle on people.

Thanks to all who had the courage to speak their mind on this topic.
