[Libs-Or] Booktalk preparation guidelines for compensation

Good morning!
 
I am wondering if any library has established guidelines for compensating
library employees for preparing for booktalks -- specifically with regard to
the time spent actually reading the book(s) to be presented?
 
If so, would you be willing to send them our way?
