[Libs-Or] Lead The Change! event promotion materials

Hello, Oregon colleagues.  I'm not sure how well this post will format in
libs-or, but I was asked to forward to you this information about  a Lead
the Change event, sponsored by Library Journal and featuring Bill Ptacek,
Director of the King County Library System and Marcellus Turner, Director
of Seattle Public Library.

This event is scheduled for October 30 at Seattle's Central Library.  More
