Instructors Toby Greenwalt, virtual services coordinator, and Mick Jacobsen, supervisor of adult computer labs, Skokie (Ill.) Public Library, will teach participants how to sell the concept of a digital media lab to library administration, set up a space that fits any budget, and, finally, offer programs and services that maintain public interest over time.
