[Libs-Or] mobile/roving reference conference proposal

The Reference Round Table is working on a proposal for the 2013 OLA/WLA Conference<http://2013conference.wla.org/> on mobile/roving reference, especially with the use of mobile devices such as iPads. We are looking for speakers for this panel. Do you know of a library that has implemented this type of service?
