PCC Library is hiring a full time Library Acquisitions Specialist. This position serves as the library technical services specialist with major operational responsibilities in acquisitions. The Library Acquisitions Specialist manages and coordinates all PCC Library acquisitions. Includes ordering, cataloging, customer service, distribution, and payments for monographic purchases and some electronic resource and serial purchases. PCC Library is migrating (as part of the Orbis Cascade Alliance consortium) to a new unified resource management system, Ex Libris's Alma/Primo. PCC's active migration term is from July - December 2013, with a projected go-live in January 2014.
