Mandatory Reporting Sample Policy Available


Effective January 1, 2013, Oregon state law (HB 4016<http://sdao.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0yOTA4MzYxJnA9MSZ1PTEwMjIwNDk5MzYmbGk9MTQ5NjQ0Mzc/index.html>) expands the categories of employees that are considered “mandatory reporters”  to make reports to law enforcement or the Department of Human Services if they have reasonable cause to suspect abuse or neglect of a child.
