Rural Librarians,

Attached is a second call to contribute a chapter in the upcoming anthology, Creative Management of Small Public Libraries in the 21st Century, to be published by Scarecrow Press.  The deadline for submitting an idea for a chapter has been extended to April 30, 2013.  As co-editor of this book project, I would love to see ARSL member libraries and librarians well represented.  If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact me.  Here's a chance to share your professional expertise with colleagues in libraries everywhere.  --Larry
