As a former member and chair of the Statewide Database Licensing Advisory Committee, I know how much work goes into the project, and I know the constraints and rules of working within the guidelines of the State of Oregon sometimes limit options.

Thank you for your efforts. I think you broke ground on developing a better way to break this project into manageable pieces. Onward and upward.
