[Libs-Or] How can I contribute to People for Oregon Libraries?

I want to make my annual $50 contribution to "People for Oregon Libraries" , but can only find a Facebook page for the organization. There is something there that links to rally.org, but I don't know what that is. Is it legit?  More to the point, is there a mailing address for People for Oregon Libraries?
