FREE TechSoup webinar in December: Impact Survey

Please join us to learn about the newly-updated and recently launched Impact Survey<http://impact.ischool.uw.edu/impact-survey.html>, an online survey tool designed for public library staff that want to survey their community about public access technology services at the library, and  how to improve those services. The Impact Survey evolved from the 2009 IMPACT Study and Opportunity for All<http://impact.ischool.uw.edu/us-public-library-study.html> report and makes the complex job of surveying patrons easy, fast, and at no cost to library staff.

  *   How to implement the survey in your library and maximize patron response rates
  *   How to use survey results to advocate for your library, and inform strategic planning, and better serve your communities
  *   How to improve your ranking with Edge<http://www.libraryedge.org/> and other evaluation metrics
