[Libs-Or] Assistance needed for lighting project.

My library and city are looking into retro-fitting the lighting in teh
public areas with LEDs. They want to use Energy Trust of Oregon credits and
possibly some grant funds. Is there a library out there that has done this,
and whowas the grant funder?
