Tualatin Public Library seeks a library innovator and customer service advocate, with loads of enthusiasm and experience in reference, collection development, and programming, to become our next Public Services Supervisor.

Tualatin is a beautiful city of 27,000 located 12 miles south of Portland, Oregon, and only 90 minutes from mountains, beaches, and the majestic Columbia Gorge. Our energetic, forward-looking, and community-focused Library is a member of the Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) and is part of the City's Community Services Department, which includes park development, recreation, senior services, and the arts.

This position provides direct service while leading 5 FTE (including professional librarians) in programming, reference, readers advisory, collection development, and outreach. As member of the library management team, this position assists in developing and implementing goals, priorities, and vision for the library. MLS, 5 years of increasingly responsible library experience (preferably public), and 2 years supervisory experience required. Salary range: $62,962-79,789.
