Music Awesomeness In and Out of the Library
Description: Who's that marching in the 4th of July Parade? It's the Library Band!! And what's
with all those ukuleles? Join two librarians as they discuss their respective libraries' musical
programs. You will learn how to consider the musical needs of your community, ways that your
library can meet these needs, and what the benefits will be to your library and your town. Surf
the wave of ukulele resurgence, audibly let your community know there IS a library in your
town, and explore a variety of awesome music programs for adults and youth in your library
and your community.
