Seeking an energetic, progressive, customer service-focused librarian with 5 - 7 years of library experience to be Salem Public Library's Assistant Library Administrator.  This position works in partnership with the Administrator and the Library's Management Team provide to leadership for staff and a vision for serving the community well.  The Assistant Library Administrator serves as the fiscal officer for the Library, leads a team of five FTE, and manages the main facility.   The salary ranges from $61,380 - $78,000 and the city offers generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PERS, vacation, sick leave and ten paid holidays.
