You may be familiar with the workflows for routine ILL processing, but ILLiad also provides tracking for those situations where the exception rules. In this session, we will cover the best practices for processing in situations like renewals, overdues, or conditionals and in problem situations like duplicate and incorrect receipts. If you've ever wondered if you're handling these situations correctly, this is the workshop for you.

*         Implementing document delivery services
*         Delivering via a courier or non-postal services
