[Libs-Or] 2 library policy questions

Corvallis has recently banned e-cigarettes in the same locations where other uses of tobacco are also banned.  I believe we are the first city in Oregon to do so (at least that is what our newspaper said). In our case that includes within 50 feet of our building, a distance we implemented a few years ago to discourage crowds of smokers hanging out on our front steps.
