[Libs-Or] LearningExpress Library 2.0 access is ending June 30

Just a reminder for those libraries who have not yet migrated to LearningExpress Library 3.0 that access to the older version (2.0) will be ending June 30. Users should be encouraged to finish any tests or tutorials they have started in 2.0, since this work will not transfer to version 3.0.

Information about how to access version 3.0 was sent library directors in January 2014. If you did not receive this information, please contact me.
