They will demonstrate a desire to support the front line staff of the library, a working knowledge of current technology best practices, an ability to maintain effective working relationships with public and staff, and the capability of working independently as well as part of a team. The ability to solve problems, negotiate difficult situations and make sound decisions is also desirable. Above all, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and quality service. Muldoon Branch Library Manager
