[Libs-Or] Experiences with collections agencies?

We are planning to begin using a collections agency for lost or long-overdue items.  I have a couple of recommended companies, but I'm interested in hearing about others' experiences with this process before making a final decision.  I'd particularly like to hear about Unique, which I understand is used by quite a few libraries here in Oregon.
