[Libs-Or] Fw: Recommendation for Meeting Room booking software?

For scheduling, the Seaside Public Library uses Outlook Calendar upon receipt of an autographed application.
It is backed-up by an over-sized, hand-lettered calendar which is kept at the circulation desk.
The desk calendar is updated monthly.
This system is far from ideal as we have two distinct meeting spaces.

Not even an eagle's eye can prevent the occasional double-booking.
I have made more "operator errors" than I care to admit, including one for the first month of the new year.
We, too, would be interested in booking software.
