[Libs-Or] Oregon Librarian Publishes Graphic Novel

Perhaps I missed this, but Cathy Camper, a librarian who works for Multnomah County Library has published a graphic novel "Low Riders in Space." It is an odd and light-hearted story of three characters who enter a low-rider car decorating contest, and end up...well, you know where they end up.  If you know Cathy, then a quirky story seems quite natural.
