[Libs-Or] Issues Facing Small and Rural Libraries

Hello friends,

I am taking a class in library school called "Small and Rural Libraries."
 I have the opportunity to do an in-depth research project to study an
issue that is facing small and rural libraries.

I am interested in studying a topic that is relevant to small and rural
libraries in Oregon.  Does anyone have a suggestion of a topic that would
help me understand rural libraries in Oregon better?
