Twin Falls is located at the edge of the spectacular Snake River Canyon and is the commercial center of what is locally referred to as Idaho's Magic Valley. The Library has fifteen full-time staff members including eight full-time professional librarians and twenty-five part-time employees. This staff of 25 FTEs, with a strong commitment to patron service, works in a 42,000 square foot building. This includes the original 1939 building, plus additions in 1975 and 1991. The annual circulation is 460,000. The current and diverse collection of books and other materials, including electronic resources, exceeds 211,000 items.
