[Libs-Or] Balloon wrangler

Hi Library folks:
Does anyone know of a balloon artist (willing to travel to Oregon City) who transforms mylar into animals and other exquisite creations that children crow for and fight over? Yep, I am looking for a person like that to come to our groundbreaking on August 8. If you know of anyone, please send me their name.

Btw, you're all invited to the groundbreaking. I'd love to see you and share in a moment which has been a long time coming for Oregon City.
