[Libs-Or] Envisionware PC Res Users

We have a problem with our Envisionware PC Reservation software in that the timer frequently disappears, allowing patrons to stay on the internet much longer than they should.  Our IT department says the problem is in the software - hence this mail.  I don't think that is the case, as I've worked with PC Res at other libraries and never had this problem.  So, have any of you PC Res users had this happen to you?
