[Libs-Or] Books on tape

Some people still drive older cars that only have cassette players in
them... We retain a small collection of books on cassette for those
patrons. Since we live in a rural area and the distance between towns is
somewhat lengthy, we understand that philosophy. As the tapes break or
don't circ anymore, we weed them.
