Up Next: Programs and resources for older people and family members

March 18, 2015, from 2:30 pm - 3:30 EDT (11:30 am -12:30 pm PT)

Older Americans, or their adult children, likely make up a large segment of your library's audience. Learn how to tap into the Bureau's resources designed specifically for them, such as "Managing Someone Else's Money" guides and Money Smart for Older Adults programs that you can offer. Highlights of this presentation will include how to spot and avoid frauds and scams targeting seniors, as well as when and how to submit a complaint with the CFPB.
