[Libs-Or] Outreach Audit Questions

Hi everyone,

Crook County Library will be working on an outreach services audit later this summer. If your library has a questionnaire or other assessment tool that you use to evaluate your outreach activities, I would love to see it!

If you have any other suggestions (books, articles, other resources, questions we should be asking ourselves about outreach, etc.), send those my way as well.
