[Libs-Or] Foundation Insurance

Our library foundation is investigating different options before renewing its current insurance policy.  Does anyone know if there is any kind of umbrella organization that offers lower rates for insurance as a result of having many clients of the same type -- like library foundations? Or 501 ( c ) 3s in general?  It seems like those foundations that do have insurance all purchase it piecemeal from local agents and the prices vary greatly.  At present our foundation is paying $1,200/year.
