[Libs-Or] Good news, bad news.

Not very bad , unless you are holding your breath waiting to see if your
proposed program was accepted for the OLA conference in Bend April 20-22,
2016. We received 94 program proposals, really great ones. We believe it's
the most ever and it's taking us a bit longer than anticipated to sift
through them. We have room for about half that. We had thought we would let
you know by November 1, but it'll take us a couple weeks longer. We expect
to have it settled by mid November.
