[Libs-Or] microfilm reader/printer recommendation

Greetings all I would like to access the hive knowledge:

The St. Helens Public Library is considering replacing its microfilm reader/printer.  Ideally, we would like one that patrons could use to download their searches to an external memory device.  Which machine(s) have you used and would you recommend it?  (Why or why not?)
