[Libs-Or] PLD Board Elections

I am happy to report the results of the PLD Board elections.

Kirsten Brodbeck-Kenny, Library Director, Driftwood Public Library, was elected as Chair-Elect

Lorie Vik, Virtual Services Librarian, Eugene Public Library was re-elected as Secretary

And the following will fill the three open at-large positions:

Susan Bloom, Access Services Coordinator, Jackson County Library System
Kate Lasky, Executive Director, Josephine Community Libraries
Jerianne Thompson, Library Manager, Tualatin Public Library
