Does anyone know if the People for Oregon Libraries PAC (http://pfolpac.weebly.com/) is still active, registered, and otherwise eligible for a 2016 $50 donation / Oregon tax credit?

The website doesn't appear to have been updated since 2013 or 14. But I did donate successfully in 2015, so I remain hopeful.
