I believe this person thinks they have Electromagnetic hypersensitivity similar to the actor portrayed in "better call saul" the TV show. While there are actual symptoms they seem to be mainly psychosomatic or environment related (non wifi/cell phone)according to the article below and to this point they have not been recognized as real by mainstream medicine although Europe seems to be embracing the thought that it is a real issue more and more:

This lady may want to know about a town in West Virginia where people with similar disability to her are flocking:

I personally would probably tell this lady that we would be unable to accommodate her request to isolate a computer enough to suit her needs due to our computer networking structure and that sadly it would still have an electromagnetic field from the computer itself even if we could move it (as well as people constantly walking by with cell phones on them). Her best option would be to perhaps purchase something smaller such as a tablet (smaller than a computer, therefore smaller electromagnetic field) for herself that she could use away from other people on wifi.
For most of us, the bottom line is that on the electromagnetic scale, radio waves are at the low end of the scale, below microwaves because they are longer waves so they are less invasive. The opposite (high) end of the scale is X-Rays and Gamma rays which are known to cause cancer because the waves they send out are much shorter so they can travel through more things.
 Hope this helps! J

I'm having a hard time writing this e-mail because this patron's request is so off the wall, but in the spirit of investigating, at least .... Has anyone heard of people having "electronic" disabilities. We have a patron who will not walk through our RFID gates because she says the "electronic" waves are dangerous. Her most recent request is to segregate at least one internet terminal, so that she does not have to sit next to people who possess cell phones. They give her a headache. I have yet to tell her that our entire building is wi-fi enabled and that there is public utility transformer that hangs just outside our building, or that there are millions of little electric gremlins going through our bodies every day courtesy of the sun.

To be honest, she's giving me a headache. I've searched and searched, but have found no reference to a credible "electronic" disability. Any ideas.
